 The sleep habits of your children are a crucial part of their mental and physical develop, yet this important feature is somehow overlooked. Create a Consistent Sleep Schedule

You should also avoid serving large meals and remember that your children shouldn’t use electronic devices at least an hour before bedtime, as the blue light they emit can disrupt sleep.
